Dr. John E. Sarno from the Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine in New York has written at least 3 books on psychosomatic illness: 

Healing Back Pain (1991) is about how to diagnose and treat psychosomatic back pain. 

The Mindbody Prescription (1999) contains the same treatment material from Healing Back Pain but speaks to various other psychosomatic conditions. 

The Divided Mind (2007) is an academic work on Psychosomatic Medicine. Each chapter is written by a different doctor.
