I visited a variety of highly regarded doctors, took anti inflamatory medications, went to physical therapy, iced my hands, and more. My condition progressively worsened, even though I stopped typing completely. Eventually, I effectively lost the use of my hands. From that low point, I rapidly recovered by pushing through the pain.
