Join Donna for 5 morning classes that will support you in your reconnection with your body and being leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready to embrace the year ahead. Donna’s classes are deeply supportive and include stretching, strengthening, breathing and meditation.  This intensive is open to the complete beginner to the more experienced student. The word ‘intensive’ here simply means 5 classes in 5 days.

These classes will include

• Body Awareness meditation
• Gentle stretching and strengthening exercises
• Gentle breathing
• Deep connection with your body
