Back Pain

Back Pain is at epidemic proportions. Up to 80% of people will experience back pain of some sort during their lives. I believe most back pain is psychosomatic.

Dr. John Sarno wrote “Healing Back Pain” in 1991 after 20 years of successfully treating psychosomatic back pain. In the book he called coined the term Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS), later re-dubbed The Mindbody Syndrome. You can find information and links on TMS here.
